Added to this, Florida has the most affordable property, homes, entertainment you can find and, there is no income tax for its residents!
Since retiring from forty-five years as CEO of international, high-technology businesses, I have dedicated myself to assisting newcomers to the Naples Riviera. I apply those years of high-level experience by treating my customers to a memorable and most pleasant experience in buying and selling their homes. My customers have written letters of appreciation for those experiences; considerably different from those which they had come to expect from the real estate process. In 2004, I completed course work and passed the Florida state examination to be licensed as a Broker. Thus, my customers rely upon the highest degree of knowledge, ethics and application of all the Florida real estate laws which protect the consumer.
Professional Experience
Forty-five years in the high technology business world as founder and President of several companies with offices in La Jolla, CA, Hong Kong, Oxford, UK and Monte Carlo. I work closely and confidently with many high-net worth clients from my years of general management and marketing. I apply sound business practices to the development of marketing and acquisition plans which keep sellers and buyers of real estate on the most efficient and cost-effective paths toward their goals.
Professional Education and Designations
I hold a BS in Physics from Queens College, New York with numerous professional courses subsequent to graduation. I am a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and hold a current Florida Broker's license (BK3036135).
A Personal Note
I am the tenor soloist at one of Naples' largest churches. I studied classical and operatic performance in New York, San Diego and Portland and have sung with several opera companies. My wife, Dianne, and I have lived in Naples since 2002. We have two grown children and four grandsons. We are family-oriented from our own experiences and look forward to getting to know our customers' families and lifestyle as they apply to the real estate experience.
